October 10, 2011: Columbus Day--Mom and Boys had a fantastic, sunny day together!

Dad had to work for the day, so Mom stayed home with the boys on this absolutely GORGEOUS Columbus Day.  From about 9:30 until 3-ish, at least one boy slept, so Mom got to spend quality time with both of them (and didn't lose her sanity!).  When both were awake this afternoon, we threw a blanket in the front yard and hung out.  Everett played with toys and practiced his push-ups while Selwyn shoveled leaves, played with trucks and made "soup" in the milk container on the step.  I love these days home with my boys!

Play time with Mom while big brother napped.

It was warm enough for Selwyn to enjoy a popsicle in the yard.

Look how sunny and beautiful it was!

                                                               Action shots of Selwyn.

Close-ups of Everett and his bug.

Look at that handsome face!  He's perfect.

Shoveling leaves and dumping them in the "rabeen".

I am in love with this baby.

Making soup in the milk jug.  Usually it is blueberry-raspberry soup, so I assume that is what it was.

Showing off Daddy's awesome Halloween cemetery in the yard with pumpkins over the doorway.
