Christmas 2011 Part I: Just the four of us

Selwyn entering the Christmas room.
Selwyn managed to find the fruit snacks that Santa left him in no time flat, and he tore them right open!

Everett had a blast opening his stocking, too.  He enjoyed his snacks and toys.  As you can see, he got the hang of the toothbrush and toothpaste right away, by shoving the package in his mouth!

Santa brought Selwyn a new Spiderman wrist watch.  I still think the fruit snacks were his favorite part.

Dad got to open his stocking, too.  I'm pretty sure Santa brought him some sort of sweet treat (that he could not wait to eat)!

Mama helped Everett finish opening his stocking.  He got a cute wooden reindeer (that he never really took a liking to--oh, well!).

Selwyn jumped gleefully and with great energy on his new trampoline from Santa.

Mom got to open her stocking next.  Santa knows she loves a Dunkin Donuts gift card!
Then we moved on to the first gift, which was for Selwyn.  A BOX OF GLOVES!  Selwyn has loved gloves for about a year and a half now, so we knew he would be excited to have 100 of his very own rubber gloves. :)

Christmas Eve 2011

Santas goes a liiiiiiiiiittle overboard at our house, especially when it comes to stockings.  Everyone has two!

December 24, 2011: Cookies and carrots for Santa and Rudolph

Mom and Selwyn baked and decorated some sugar cookies for Santa.

Selwyn poured Santa a glass of milk and selected the perfect carrot for Rudolph.

Then we set everything up near the Christmas tree in the back living room so Santa and Rudolph could have a nice snack after dropping off the presents.

December 23, 2011: The Musical Dog

December 23, 2011: Playing in front of the Christmas tree

We enjoy spending time playing in the back living room, especially when there is a beautiful Christmas tree in there with us!

Dad is the original lover of all musical animals.  Selwyn is also a huge fan, and Everett's love is definitely blooming as well.  To the left is Selwyn with the dog that plays "Jingle Bells", "Deck the Halls" and other crowd favorites.

Below, I guess I let Everett open a Christmas present.  He appears to have enjoyed eating the wrapping paper (probably much more than the gift!).

December 23, 2011: At the Breakfast Table

December 17, 2011: It is SO EASY to love this little boy!

              Looking festive!
